Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping
What is it and how does it work?
EFT Tapping is psychological acupressure, as referred to by creator Gary Craig. This alternative technique can help with both physical and emotional pain, leading us to a state of inner peace and overall wellness.
This transformational technique pulls from various healing methods including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy.
Basically, it’s the best. It’s a fast, effective, and non invasive way to acknowledge your pain and move through it while affirming to yourself how you want to feel.
What is it good for?
EFT Tapping is great for:
- stress and anxiety
- PTSD
- physical pain and healing from an injury
- insomnia
- low sex drive
- limiting beliefs
- money wounds
- feeling like a badass
- reclaiming your worth
- healing from a break up
- calling in love
- self-love
- manifestation and abundance
- and the list could go on forever
I’m a firm believer and practitioner of EFT Tapping because it has assisted me in changing my life. I’ve been tapping for over two years and finally decided I needed to be certified to help others. How did it change my life? I have more confidence and less stress, more creativity and fewer blocks, bursts of energy and better sleep, and so much more. I’ve manifested directly and indirectly through tapping and I’ve even tapped with my husband to strengthen our bond.
Practicing EFT Tapping in 1:1 sessions is super potent and powerful. When you’re tapping on something that is specific to your personal challenges, rather than a general topic, you can make leaps and bounds in healing and integration.
Here’s a taste of the power of EFT Tapping
I work with clients to bust through blocks, cultivate inner peace, manifest, and so much more. If you’re working through something that you’d like support in, I’d love to help you. I always recommend a 3-session minimum so you can truly feel and see the power of this potent practice.
